Agreement Overview
By purchasing a directory listing on Ketamine Therapy Wellness, you agree to these terms regarding your one-year directory listing, lead generation services, banner advertisement and AI services.
Directory Listing Duration
Your directory listing will be active for one year from the date of purchase.
Lead Generation Terms
- Duration: Lead generation services will be available for 30 days from the request date or until the allocated leads are fulfilled.
- Lead Packages: You can purchase lead generation in packages of 20, 40, or 80 leads within the 30-day period or until the allocated leads are fulfilled.
- Renewal: Lead generation services can be renewed once the previous lead allocation has been fully utilized or the 30-day period expires.
Banner Advertisement
AI Services
AI services will be provided under a one-term contract, effective upon purchase. The specifics of the AI service will be outlined at the time of purchase.
Payment Terms
All fees for the directory listing, lead generation, and AI services are due at the time of signing this agreement. These fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
Ketamine Therapy Wellness is not liable for any damage arising from your directory listing, lead generation, or AI services. Participation is at your own risk.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ketamine Therapy Wellness and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the directory, lead generation, or AI services.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration according to applicable laws in the County of Miami-Dade in the State of Florida. Compensation for claims related to lead generation or AI services is not permitted.
Data Use and Privacy
Lead generation and AI services may involve data collection and analysis. Your use of these services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which you should review.
